In-House Gaming PCs

All of our in-house gaming PCs come with a 30-day no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The returned product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Additionally, all in-house gaming PCs come with a 90-day defect policy, which means that if any defects arise within the first 90 days of the purchase date, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.

Hardware

All hardware products purchased at Lyons Computers come with a 30-day no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The returned product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Additionally, all hardware products come with their respective manufacturer warranties, which may extend beyond the 30-day return policy offered by Lyons Computers. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty for more information on their policies and procedures.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. If the product is returned in a condition that is not in compliance with our return policy, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund or deny the refund altogether.
